A DirectX Diagnostic report contains information about the user’s computer, such as driver versions and hardware specifications. This file can provide valuable information to the Player Experience Team and can be helpful to diagnose issues.
Creating a DxDiag report
- Please press the Windows key + R to open a Run window.
- Copy and paste the following text into the Run window and press enter: dxdiag
- Wait for the DxDiag report to finish gathering information.
- Click on Save All Information, located in the lower right corner.
- Save the DxDiag report.
Once the file has been created, locate where you saved it and attach it to your ticket on our Help Center.
