Account Recovery

All account details, i.e., the account name, the name of a character as well as the password can be regained through the account recovery process.

Account recovery can be started by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link on the account management login page, or by opening the account recovery page directly. The name of the account or an email address needs to be entered here to start the account recovery process.

If an account name or e-mail address that was used in the past is unknown,, please contact Customer Support with as much information about the account as possible. Most commonly, an account can be located using:

  • The registered E-Mail address
  • The real name registered
  • Date of birth
  • Billing address or information about the  credit card that was used for any payment
