All account details, i.e., the account name, the name of a character as well as the password can be regained through the account recovery process.

Account Recovery Steps
Account recovery begins by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link on the account management login page, or by opening the account recovery page directly.
The username of the account or the email address associated with the account needs to be entered here to start the account recovery process.
After clicking Submit an email will be sent to the email address associated with the account you are trying to recover. This email will contain a temporary link which will allow you to reset your password or prompt you to choose which account associated with this email you would like to recover.
Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the recovery email to arrive. If you have not received the email after 30 minutes has passed, try the following:
- Check your Spam and Promotions Folders.
- Ensure the information you entered was correct. The recovery email will only be sent to an email address which exists.
- If you entered a username, try entering an email address instead.
Still Having Issues?
If an account name or e-mail address that was used in the past is unknown, please contact Customer Support with as much information about the account as possible. Most commonly, an account can be located using:
- The registered E-Mail address
- The real name registered
- Date of birth
- Billing address or information about the credit card that was used for any payment
