Users may wish to delete select game accounts independent of personal data concerns, for example to stop recurring billing on a specific account or clean up unused accounts.
We are currently unable to process requests for account deletion which do not pertain to GDPR. We plan to add an automated solution in the future enabling self-service deletion of EVE Online accounts.
Recurring billing can be cancelled by logging into the account management page and navigating to the Game Time dropdown and selecting the Cancel Subscription option:
Unused accounts cannot be deleted at this date, but rest assured they will not be billed again if your subscription has been cancelled.
