Users may wish to delete select game accounts independent of personal data concerns, for example to stop recurring billing on a specific account or clean up unused accounts.
We are currently unable to process requests for account deletion which do not pertain to GDPR.
Recurring billing can be cancelled by logging into the account management page, then clicking on "Account Info" and selecting the Cancel Subscription option:
Unused accounts cannot be deleted at this date, but rest assured they will not be billed again if your subscription has been cancelled.
