Players may occasionally reprocess or trash items that they did not intend to. Should this occur then players can contact Customer Support via a Ticket to request an investigation to find out if their items can eventually be restored. When a support ticket is submitted by a player, it should include the name of the item that was lost along with the approximate time, date and last known location of said item. Trashed and reprocessed items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only returned if the minerals acquired through reprocessing are removable by the Game Master.
