Failed and Reversed Payments

If you a receive notification from CCP that your recurring payment failed, please contact your card issuer to check if everything is in order on their end, and then try making a new payment. If this fails, please contact customer support.

If you are making a new payment and receive a failure notification, check if the card issuer or bank is blocking the card or not allowing overseas transactions. If everything checks out and you are still unable to make a payment, please contact customer support.

If a Credit or Debit card payment for an EVE Online account, either for a game subscription or the purchase of account services is charged back or reversed, it will result in a suspension of the associated account upon receipt of the charge back or reversal notification from the payment handler. If this happens please contact customer support as soon as possible to clear the matter up.
