You can link your account to our Help Center by logging in to your EVE Online account and authorizing the login by following a link sent to the email address associated with the account.
If you are linking multiple accounts associated to the same email address, you will have to authorize the link by logging in to your other accounts. You will receive an email specifying the name of the account(s) you can login to authorize the link.
Steam Accounts
Attempting to link a Steam account to the Help Center may result in an error, but is still possible by following these steps.
- Open the account management page here: EVE ONLINE
- Click the top right button titled "Log in".
- If you are automatically logged in, please log out and repeat the last step.
- When prompted to enter your Login information, click the Green Steam Button.
- Enter your Steam Login Credentials.
- Click your name in the top right hand corner, it should be: "STEAM_USER"
- Click "Account info."
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter a new Username and Password that you can associate to the account.
- Once this is done, please attempt to log back in as this will force the email verification to send.
