If you’ve purchased Omega time or PLEX through EPIC but it hasn’t appeared in your EVE Online account, don’t worry — this guide will help you identify the issue and take the correct steps to resolve it.
Step 1: Confirm the Purchase Completed in EPIC
Before troubleshooting in EVE, make sure your EPIC transaction actually completed.
To verify your purchase:
Open the EPIC client.
Click your profile name in the top-right corner → select Account.
EPIC opens your Account page in your default web browser.
In the left pane, navigate to Payments and rewards → Transactions → Purchases.
Find your EVE Online transaction.
If the status shows something like Pending or Failed, the payment likely did not complete.
If it shows an Order ID, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Verify You’re Logged Into the Correct EPIC EVE Account
All purchases made through EPIC are applied only to the EVE Online account created/linked via that same EPIC account. They cannot be transferred to, or shared with, other EVE accounts.
To confirm you’re on the right account:
Launch EVE Online through EPIC.
In the EVE Launcher, check that the account name listed under “EVE Online” is the EPIC account you normally use.
If you have additional standalone EVE accounts, note that EPIC purchases will not appear there.
Step 3: Check PLEX Vault and Omega Status In-Game
PLEX → Found in your PLEX Vault (open Inventory → PLEX Vault tab).
Omega → Displayed in your Character Sheet located at the top-left corner of your screen.
If you don’t see your items:
Log out and back in.
Double-check that you’re on the correct EPIC account (see Step 2).
Step 4: Allow Time for Delivery
EPIC transactions can take a few minutes to process. Wait up to 30 minutes before assuming a delivery failure. If the Omega or PLEX still hasn’t appeared after that, continue to Step 5.
Step 5: Contact Support
If all checks are complete and your purchase still hasn’t appeared, please submit a support ticket.
To do this:
Visit the EVE Online Support Center.
Choose Billing & Account → Payment and Purchases → Purchase Issues → Didn't Receive the Purchase.
Include:
The EPIC Order ID (from your EPIC receipt email or purchase history).
The date/time of purchase.
A short description of the item purchased (e.g., “3 months Omega”, “500 PLEX”).
Important:
CCP cannot refund or move purchases between accounts — EPIC purchases apply only to the linked EPIC account.
Refund requests must be handled through EPIC.
