When contacting Fenris Support about missing Omega time, PLEX, SKINs, or other Steam purchases, you may be asked to provide your Steam Transaction ID. This ID helps Fenris verify your purchase directly with Steam and resolve your ticket faster.
This article explains where to find your Steam Transaction ID, how to export the receipt, and what information you should include when submitting a support ticket.
What Fenris Uses a Steam Transaction ID For
Fenris Support may request your Steam Transaction ID to verify:
Omega time or PLEX purchased but not delivered
Packs, bundles, DLC, or starter packs that failed to appear
Duplicate billing or erroneous charges
Refund confirmations
If you are unsure whether your issue belongs to Fenris or Steam, please see: When to Contact Steam Support vs. Fenris Support
1. Where to Find Your Steam Transaction ID
Steam provides your purchase history in two places:
Steam Client – Account Details Window
Email Receipt Sent by Steam
You can use either, but Fenris recommends checking the Steam Client first for the most complete information.
1.1 Find Your Transaction ID in the Steam Client
Open Steam.
At the top right, click your Profile Name.
Select Account Details.
Under Store & Purchase History, click View purchase history.
Select the EVE Online transaction you are reporting.
In the transaction window, locate the Transaction ID (sometimes labeled Confirmation Code or Steam Transaction Number).
1.2 Find Your Transaction ID in Your Steam Email Receipt
Steam also emails a receipt for each purchase. Look for messages titled “Thank you for your Steam purchase”. These include:
Transaction ID
Item purchased (e.g., Omega, PLEX, Pack)
Total cost
Purchase timestamp
