Unable to connect

If your game client is unable to connect to the server, there may be an issue with your computer or network and it's ability to reach our server. 


Some general troubleshooting that can be done to successfully connect to our server: 

  • Resetting the router and making sure that its firmware (drivers) is up to date. 
  • Using an alternative DNS such as Google DNS. 
  • Remove any entries related to EVE Online from your Host Files. 
  • Add EVE Online to the Exceptions list of any security software you may have on your computer or network.
